CIVIL LAW AND CONSTITUTIONAL LEGALITY

CIVIL LAW AND CONSTITUTIONAL LEGALITY

LEGAL AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

The curriculum aims to analyze civil law categories such as property, obligation, contract, business, and liability, with a specific focus on aspects related to the healthcare sector (thanks to the contribution of researchers in the field of medical-legal studies). Special attention is given to hermeneutic methodologies, with specific applications of tools such as systematic and axiological interpretation, guided by the implementational of constitutional, European, and international principles. Constitutional legality is influenced by international and subsidiary elements, requiring a move beyond the public-private dichotomy, and emphasizing the importance of the individual as the core of every social formation and administrative action. The presence of foreign researchers and experts promotes a comparative methodology and an economic analysis of the topics addressed, with particular attention to the implementation of the sustainability principle.
