FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN THE GLOBAL SOCIETY
LEGAL AND SOCIAL SCIENCES
The curriculum aims to develop research lines related to the study of human and fundamental rights in an Italian and comparative perspective, with a focus on multilevel protection. The faculty members in the teaching staff are particularly specialized in the study of emergency law, including its historical and evolutionary aspects, considering recent “crises” such as pandemics, wars, etc., which have highlighted the importance of studying the state of emergency and the related legislation. Furthermore, specific attention is given to the study of case law, particularly in relation to the relationship between law and technological innovation.
