- 13 Doctoral representatives, who are charged with the task of keeping channels of communication open and flowing in both directions between the PhD coordinators and the SAS office and graduate student body
while
- The Scientific Board of each Doctoral course is composed of the supervisors and is in charge with the evaluation of your progress during the PhD Course
- Organizes an yearly evaluation of the work you did and the final examination
- Offers seminars and courses strictly related with the research topics of the curricula
