PhD programmes developed at UNICAM
UNICAM offers doctoral programmes in architecture and planning, chemical and pharmaceutical sciences, computer science and mathematics, legal and social sciences, life and health sciences, and physics, Earth and materials sciences.

National PhD programmes
UNICAM also coordinates or participates in national doctoral networks involving several universities, research institutions and host organizations. Calls and available positions may vary from one admission cycle to another.

Curricula and research areas
Many programmes are divided into curricula reflecting different scientific fields, methodologies and training needs. Review the curriculum descriptions to identify the pathway most consistent with your previous studies and proposed research.

Research topics and available positions
The official Call and its annexes specify the research fields and projects available for each admission cycle, together with the position codes, curricula, host institutions, funding arrangements and any reserved conditions. Applications for the general Cycle XLII Call are closed, and its final rankings have been published.

Host institution and research environment
Not every position is necessarily based entirely at Camerino. Depending on the programme and research topic, doctoral activity may be carried out at UNICAM, a partner university, a research institution, a company or another organization indicated in the Call.

Choosing your programme
Select the programme and curriculum that are scientifically consistent with your qualifications, experience and research proposal. Always follow the application rules and limits established by the relevant Call.
Applications for Cycle XLII are closed. Candidates who have already applied should consult the published results and follow the acceptance and enrolment instructions. New admission opportunities will be announced when available.
