Discuss activities and career changes before they begin
Your Supervisor is normally your first academic reference. Requests requiring formal approval must be submitted through the Programme Coordinator to the Academic Board and, where required, completed through the relevant administrative procedure.

Find information on annual progress assessment, enrolment in subsequent years, activity reporting and the main procedures affecting your doctoral career.

Understand the structure of research activities, transversal and Programme-specific training, doctoral credits and the individual plan agreed with your Supervisor.

Explore the transversal activities organised by SAS and the courses, seminars and scientific training offered by the individual PhD Programmes and curricula.

Before submitting a request
Check that the information is complete
Indicate your PhD cycle, Programme, curriculum, Supervisor, the activity or career change requested, the relevant dates and any supporting documents. Requests should normally be discussed with the Supervisor before being submitted to the Programme Coordinator.
